The Citizen Quest: A 30 day training experience

A 30-day training experience with the New Citizenship Project.

Introducing The Citizen Quest: a blended in-person and online training experience for people who want to develop both expertise and ideas for how to involve people - whether that’s members, supporters, communities or customers - meaningfully in their work.

​

We’ll be offering inspiration, tools and support to help develop your practice over 30 days, as well as offering prompts to bring colleagues on the journey with you.

​

The experience includes an in-person workshop, weekly virtual 'Power-Half-Hours', and a final online reflection session alongside a cohort of individuals from across different sectors to connect with, learn alongside and develop your practice together. This quest will prompt and support you to try things out, learning as you go.

Throughout the 30 days you will:

​

• Explore what it might mean to embrace the CitizenShift in your organisation

• Be immersed in best practice participation from both inside and outside your sector

• Try out practical tools and approaches to broaden out your current participation opportunities

• Be connected to a cohort of participants to share experience, learnings and inspiration.

• Learn what and how best to share your learning back at your organisation

This training is for anyone working in organisations that want to work with people differently, towards a Citizen future.
